Parenting is tough. We’re here to help.
Parenting is one of the most meaningful, but most challenging roles we encounter in life. However, unlike driving a car or starting a new job, parenting is a role in which most adults are neither licensed for nor trained in.
Nudge Kids provides parents with the proper tools to instill independence and develop age-appropriate, functional skills in their children.
Raising Empowered and Capable Children.
That’s what we’re all about.
How Nudge Kids Works
Tasks
Create a task list tailored to your child’s needs.
The Golden Rule
One task. One prompt.
This is the key to establishing healthy boundaries.
Rewards
Points may be rewarded if your child completes the task independently or after one, and only one, prompt.
Motivate your child with customized the rewards that best suit your family. As your child earns more points, they can redeem more of their favorite rewards.
The Child App
Your child will have a safe place to track their daily tasks, points and rewards. Children customize their personal Nudgee avatars and use the platform to feel empowered, capable, and happy.
A new task and reward system that teaches children age-appropriate skills and healthy habits.
Nudge helps parents guide their children in completing daily responsibilities with the goal of developing their children’s independence and self-reliance. Our system helps parents set healthy boundaries with their children, allowing them to become healthy, happy individuals.
Why it works
Setting Healthy Boundaries
By staying consistent with the Golden Rules:
1. Your child will learn that whining and crying do not get them their way.
2. Parents will have more energy and time for meaningful interactions rather than nagging their children to complete their responsibilities.
This helps create strong parent-child relationships and confident parents.
External to Internal Motivation
1.The Nudge system empowers children to take ownership of their daily tasks and routines.
2. Initially, children are motivated by points and rewards (external) but over time they become motivated by the feeling of accomplishment and satisfaction (internal) they receive when they successfully complete their routines.
This helps your child build high self-esteem and independence.
